Cobwebs in my guitar

Wrote a new song after such a long time. Much describes how fast life becomes as we grow up and we tend to be in so much of a hurry we almost forget about what we like.So here it is and you can listen to the recording of the song at http://soundcloud.com/pranjal-dhaka/cobwebs-in-my-guitar

Today I thought I'd go a little far,
maybe I'd find what i left behind in my life.
But then I decided I'd rather clean my room,
and there I found.

There were cobwebs in my guitar,
Oh no! There were cobwebs all around in my guitar.
And I realized,
what had become of my life.

There were cobwebs all around in my life,
Oh no! There were cobwebs all around in my life.

Complications, restriction,
unfulfilled promises and false hopes.

There were cobwebs in my guitar,
Oh no! There were cobwebs all around in my guitar.
And I realized,
what had become of my life.

Where went the days when we used to have so much fun,
washed the rain all the seasons in the sun.

But now…

I'm gonna clean up the cobwebs off my guitar,
Oh yeah! I'm gonna clean up the cobwebs off my guitar.
I'm gonna reclaim my life,
I will play the songs and I know I'll be alright.

Never be lonely.

Man is a social animal have been the common definition for us since centuries but still many of us many a times try to act differently to our common way of behavior set up by nature. Nowadays we find many people becoming fugitive to everyone else and leading their lives  in a  dark dungeon  which takes them nowhere.

Yes, I am talking about it because I too fell for the same mistake just because I thought that no one understood me ( which almost everyone of us feels when we are teenagers ) and I kinda started getting into a shell which I made around me. I stopped wishing people, calling friends , answering mails and caring about the people who cared about me. But is was the worst mistake!

Yes people, the truth is that we all just can't live alone, we can't be lonely. We all need a somebody. We all need some of that hugging and caring and kissing. Its gives a meaning to life and cheers up our soul and mind and body. Suddenly the weeds around the road start looking like flowers.

So everybody put a smile on that face and live like there is no tomorrow. Make friends. Wish everyone. Meet new people. Fall in love because we all need a somebody.

The World is not how it should be.

Its a poem I wrote following so many negative news of scams and corruption here leading the news headlines. Hope you'll like it.

The world is not how it should be,
it ought to be pleasent and nice,
It's made to live, live a life,
then why by death shall we suffice.

Each man God placed equal,
under the blessings of the sun,
talk a lot bigheads on TV,
for the deprived says a prayer none.

Motives each has its own,
to any level for them they will descend,
money is transient, death is truth,
can't this the capitalists understand.

Who made men masters?
how fellow men can they enslave,
in God's very own kingdom,
to start a mutiny is no one enough brave.

Men fight, Men die,
in this world of war they create,
I wonder if God sees,
and cries at His children's fate.

If we were born to die and meanwhile reproduce,
why were we gifted with brain,
it's surely God's strategy,
just like to relieve droughts came the rain.

The world was not dissected,
then why we scarred it with closed gates,
when God lives everywhere,
why we made countries, cities or states.

For money souls are on sale,
the bidders take the cursed stage,
life is just a brief stupid tale,
with a tragic chapter on each page.

Yet smiles with innocence,
and dances with the winds,
lives life in moments,
the mechanical earthlings.

Intoxicated with pride,
men walk, heads high,
tenant tries, childhood cries,
families reject, love denies.

The world is not how it should be,
it ought to be pleasent and nice,
It's made to live, live a life,
then why by death shall we suffice.

The fury of nature.

And once again nature proves its power over all of us as a Tsunami strike on the eastern coast of Japan leaves the most developed country in the world hapless. With an earthquake of around 9 Richter scale , waves as high as 10m just like a shrieking ghost plunged over the island country and destroyed everything coming its way.

Reading the news covering this sad news the first thought came to my mind is to how much insignificant is the life of a mere human as compared to the universe! A wave just comes and all the hard work one man must have done his life is all finished- The End.

And so what we all and our Japanese brothers and sisters can do is not to panic and stay strong and calm. God will help. True life is uncertain but that should never make us live in a fear of death. We rather should always hope for the best and remain prepared for the worst.

May God bless the lives we lost to the monster waves and may he give the strength of will and heart to those who survived to live their lives not with sorry but with a better understanding about life. Amen.

The first post.

So here we have another first- Yeah! my first blog entry. So without just beating around the bush I would straight away come to the point on why I am at this part of the Internet? I am here just because like any other regular teenager I was too obsessed with Facebook and some sites which I should not be viewing and    stuff so I decided like - 'Hey! Lets take some time off it all and do something different.' , and here I am.

Well with the introduction bit, I am Pranjal Dhaka , just like any other teenager I also have kinda huge dreams for the future but let them be in the case right now. I live in India, in New Delhi. And I just entered the last year of my schooling life or what we call here as the 12th standard.

I believe that this whole big world around us is not actually a single world, its 6 billion worlds ! Yes, because for every person with his own perception we get so many versions of this world and that is the reason why we never get bored of living in the same place for so many generations on the same planet. The newness of the planet earth is retained with every new soul entering the planet Earth.

And the best thing about the existence of life here is that we all , the earthlings are inter-dependent. Our lives are entangled into each other. Life in far away parts of the world nurtured so differently in different 'civilizations' and yet we all remained so similar in our habits and nature. And so just being an eye, no not a sharp one, neither an experienced but yes a curious and amazed one I love watching things happen in this wonderful place. So I for myself or for other readers who think its cool for a teenager to do this boring typing work on saturday evenings , I proclaim my first blog post.
